Each Ancient One has exactly three Sinister Plots, and there are exactly three Epic Battle cards that dictate that a Sinister Plot should be drawn. I would assume they aren't supposed to be reshuffled, especially considering that the rules don't tell you to do so.
URGENT: The Long Awaited FAQ is Nigh (post more questions here).

(I assume the same). Still, the rules also don't tell you to reshuffle decks after searching for an item.

Well, do you have to? At least in my recent games, I've drawn cards from the top until arriving at the item I've been searching for and putting them all at the bottom of the deck.
Yeah, you're supposed to reshuffle if you searched for a specific item, but not if it is an item type— in that case you just put everything you went through on the bottom (it was given an official answer a while back, I remember being really irritated by there not being one one way or the other). I used to play the same way since there was no rule stating otherwise, but I found it really hard to believe that it was intentional that you could theoretically memorize the order of items in the decks (let's say if you beat The Dunwich Horror).
Any idea when this new FAQ will be issued.

Nope. When I was initially asked to proofread, I was told I'd be sent a copy of the FAQ in a day or so (or maybe it was a week, I forget). Anyways, it ended up being several months. So... That should give you some idea of expected speed ;')
>ahem<
O mighty proofreaders...pray tell...HOW ARE THE SPECIAL ABILITIES OF CHARLIE AND LILY SUPPOSED TO WORK???
(How has no one asked this yet???)

Lily? What's the problem with Lily? She only gains one stamina/sanity from her slider move, maximum. I thought that was already established.
Charlie can only get allies that return to the box from the initial 11 selected, if I remember correctly I vaguely remember being dappointed with that :'
Are there any notes on the timing of Zhar? After what Mythos step do we attempt to roll doubles? Once doubles are rolled, after what Mythos step of the original card do we resolve the next one?
Wow, I haven't been here in a long time

You can't use Find Gate on the same turn you're drawn into a gate by a Nightgaunt. You can't use Find Gate if you're delayed. You can't use Find Gate on the same turn you move into a gate with the White Ship.
It actually goes so far to say that if you fail combat with a Nightgaunt, the movement phase is over for that character.
So, can I assume this goes not just for Find Gate specifically but for all Movement Phase actions?
I take it that would mean that fighting any monster will end your movement phase; so you cannot cast any movement phase spell after fighting (examples would include Vision Quest, Plague of Locusts, Call Friend or Implant Suggestion). It also means I cannot try to find an Elusive Cultist when playing against Tulzscha and then cast Implant Suggestion to move it away from the Elder Sign if I fail the evade check, right? Because failing the evade check against elusive monsters ends your movement according to the rules. It also means I cannot first fight, say, a Maniac, then cast Plague of Locusts and afterwards fight the Elder Thing in the same area (which would be useful to get the Maniac as trophy and still make the fight against the Thing easier). I have to cast the spell before facing any monsters. It also means I can't cast any of these spells or use items (like Milk of Shub-Niggurath, Time Bomb, Student Newspaper or Crowbar, to name a few) if I am delayed, right?
Can you please clear up for me if that is the correct interpretation?
Oh, another question. How exactly does the Dark Druid work? Do the monsters move according to their movement type or as if they were black-bordered monsters?

Wait, what? The Official answers from KW thread says:
She only adjusts her SAN/STAM based on the final position of the slider.
To me that means I check where the slider is, move it, check again and then gain SAN/STAM according to the change (For example 2 STAM if I moved the slider 2 slides towars Stamina).

Right, but that would make her immune to Yig's attack. Basically I was a huge **** about Lily back when she premiered, and now the updated FAQ says she only heals one point, even if she moves her slider more than one spot in a round. I think she's quite fair now actually. I would continue to play 1 point per round, even if it was officially ruled that she could heal more than one.
You might be thinking, "but she's not immune if you use Epic Battle!" Well, remember that Epic Battle is a variant. Not to mention, in the very first summer league scenario, players could choose any investigator, inluding Lily, and the first AO was Yig. Epic Battle was not allowed for that scenario.

Hence, Avi, why I was asking the question. As far as I have ever seen, nothing was ever "established" beyond what every individual THOUGHT was "established". But only a couple of us are supposed to have an early version of the black-and-white words, eh?
Thanks, Tibs.

Got anything on this?

Ive always played her this way (well, since after the first game using her the *superlily* way in which I thought hang on...) and yes its fair and shes still a darn good character played this way.
Okay, thanks for clarifying, Tibs. I thought her ability was a little too strong anyway.
What happens to monsters in the night sky, if they should suddenly find themselves without the ability to fly? (I. e. Hastur cultists when Denying the Ancient One is cast.) Wile E. Coyote time? Or nothing?
I don't think we had a definitve answer yet how Skids interacts with Grapple-type skills. If his ability is intended to be analogous to the Kingsport skills like Wrestle, he should be able to use it. It also doesn't make sense for an investigator to be penalized by a skill.
While Mark Harrigan was in R'lyeh, he drew this for an other world encounter:
R'lyeh
"You hear distant chants. You feel you may learn more if you stop to listen. If you wish, you may gain 1 Spell, but you will be delayed." - Black Goat Expansion
Is Mark delayed if he chooses to gain the Spell?
No, Mark won't be delayed. He takes the spell, and suffers the consequences: and the consequences are automatically canceled by his special ability. He couldn't even be delayed if he wanted to be.
Did we ever get a clarification if the hand icon on Markings of Isis is a misprint or not?
Can you discard The Messenger to prevent being devoured when you draw a duplicate Injury/Madness card?
Are the restrictions for using Bast's Nine Lives card the same as The Messenger's, or are there any differences?

Any word on these yet?
No; what I wrote is all I know. I would just assume that nothing ends the movement phase prematurely for a character except for entering an Other World space (White Ship and Nightguant can cause this).
If the Black Goat of the Woods herald is in play while Nyarlathotep is the AO, do you add the Bloated Woman to the Hexagon cup?
I don't see why not. Bloated Woman is a hexagon monster, after all.
