Rebels for Raider scenario 2

Beat the Imperials in scenario 1 and now have a 130 point list with only small ships and have to cripple one section of the Raider...

Thinking of the Imperial side, he's got the Raider, 1 TIE Adv and 50 points, which I'm thinking is going to translate into a pair of Interceptors since in order to win I MUST cripple the big ship, and will need serious firepower, which means slow and lumbering rebel ships and the Interceptors will be able to dance around and flank me.

I'm thinking of maybe a K-wing, a pair of B-Wings and at least a pair of A-Wings. Maybe Blue Bs with HLC, but that's as much of a load out as I've thought of so far.

Any thoughts on how to load out a Rebel squad to win this scenario? (I usually play Imperial or Scum so really don't have a lot of experience playing as rebels...I mostly just destroy them lol)

If your main target is a huge ship, HLCs are really good. They can punch through a reinforce token effectively to take down shields and hull. If you take A wings I would recommend some proton rockets to give them a similarly good ability to punch through.

Another effective build is FCS b wings, which are cheaper than HLC Blues but start hitting the raider really hard after the initial exchange.

I would leAve the k wings at home though, I don't think they will give you the kind of efficient attack power you're looking for in this case
