All of the allies have subtitles examples: Chewbacca Loyal Wookiee, Han Solo Scoundrel, Leia Organa Rebel Commander. Coud this perhaps mean we will see a jedi knight Luke, or Episode 7 Han and Leia? Or is it more likely that these are just an extra amount of detail?

Well I am all but certain that at some point, most likely when we get to a Episode 6 content, we will get a Jedi knight version of Luke. As far as the other characters, unless we are getting Episode 7 versions, I guess we could see a General Solo version of Han. I think it was added to both provide some fluff but also to allow for the room to add new versions if they desire to at some point.

I expect "Lando Calrissian - Card Player, Scoundrel", followed by "Lando Calrissian - Facility Administrator", then "Lando Calrissian - My Buddy, Real Hero", and finally "Lando Calrissian - Maneuverer at the Battle of Taanab". I think "Lando Calrissian -Undercover Skiff Guard, Remorseful" would be a little too much...
