So I'm sure everyone here knows as you buy more product from CSI it goes towards your level and each time you level up you get an extra percentage off on things. So I'm at level 4 and just wondering if anyone knows the max level you can get to.

I'm at level 8. Per the little chart you can open when you click your level in "my account" it loos like level 9 is the max level. 5% general products, 15% singles, $5K.

Yeah I hit max a while ago at 15% off singles and 5% off everythign else...it stops tracking at that point and just says "Maximum Savings - Congratulations!"

Pretty sure Singles are MTG cards that they sell individually. As for the discount, 5% is better than 0% so I will take whatever they give me. I'm sadly only at level 6 right now and i'm not terribly close to level 7.

It is anything you can buy as a single that was once sold in a booster. Examples are Magic and other TCGs, miniatures (such as Heroclicks), and even Dicemasters.

Shouldn't complain either way. Most things like xwing are already 33% off MSRP.

Even with the 5% off, their prices are beat by competitors. I only order from them when I can't find a better deal on Amazon/Ebay/MiniatureMarket.

Yeah you have to look at what percentage you're losing or saving by trying to reach that 5% mark, and then the comparable prices from other websites etc, plus shipping costs, etc etc. That's how places get you. Never look at what you're "saving;" always look at what you're actually spending.

Ah ok gotcha, ya csi is a tad on the expensive side but for new product I have yet to find things cheaper. Older xwing stuff you can find cheaper other places, but for new ships csi offers a good discount I've yet to find anywhere else.
