I can confirm that he was not. I had to get my copy from eBay.

Not from FFG as far as I'm aware. But there is always eBay or similar.

If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to trade alt-art Aragorn and alt-art Legolas for a copy of alt-art Gimli.
