So I have a reasonably large collection - big enough for my son and I to play 300 point games, or even 400 point games if we load up on upgrades. I even have a spare maneuver tool, but since I only have one Armada core set we always share the damage deck.

As tournament rules require each player to have their own damage deck, I need to find a second deck before we can both enter tournaments. Unfortunately core set pricing in Canada is still quite high, so I'm hoping I can find another option.

Can anybody suggest a cost effective way to obtain a second deck?

Yeah, we're really out of luck here... The US->CAD conversion absolutely BLOWS at the moment, and there's no Cheap way of picking up a Core set...

The cheapest option might simply be biting the bullet and EBaying a Damage Deck, and paying the $10+ shipping from the States or UK for it... :/

find somebody that might have bought a second core set. try some local facebook groups....even x-wing groups might know somebody.

I'm looking for sure, locally nobody has bought a second set and frankly the online community generally agrees you don't need two core sets
