I tried this out the other night and it worked out all right, but it wasn't a very long game so I'm not sure what tweaking there is to be done. I never even got close to using Drea's bombs, so maybe that seven points should go elsewhere. Originally Drea was going to have BTL-A4 and the bombs were there to discourage people from getting behind her, but I think she's better off not having to worry about arc.
I did have a scare when I didn't check the damage on Drea's target before attacking it with Kavil; had he killed it Drea would have been left with a stack of stress and no way to use her abilities. That's an upside to the hard damage caps on most of this list: if you're paying attention it's hard to accidentally leave Drea without an off-ramp.
