You can only equip one per ship, but you can have it on as many ships in your fleet as you'd like.

You can't stick two on a TIE Bomber for 3x bombs, or 6x missiles, for instance.

Too bad too. Would be awesome to load up deathrain with 2 proton bombs and 2 extra munitions and get 6 proton bombs for 14 points.
