Biggs' pilot ability can have a large impact on the game by messing with your opponents target priority. As long as you fly in formation with Biggs, your other ships will take little or no fire until Biggs is killed. So Ideally you want Biggs to take some damage then get out of arc/range of your opponents. This forces them to spread their damage among your ships. However, often when you do that you lose Biggs' attack power in the fight. The solution...
For two points, equip Biggs with R2-D6 which lets him take an EPT, then add Lightning Reflexes.
This allows Biggs to do any bank or turn to get out of arc/range then flip himself around so he is still facing the fight. This should let Biggs attack at least once more, and sometimes several more times since he should be on the flank. Sure you can only do it once. But a one time use EPT makes the most sense on a ship you expect to die anyway. It only costs two points. And it is a nice surprise that you opponents might not see coming.
This 27 point Biggs should fit nicely into a variety of 3, 4, or 5, ship rebel builds.
