What you've got here is a similar situation to when Young-Earth Creationists claim that evolution is "only a theory". You're confusing the way the word is used in common discourse with the way it's being used in a more specialised setting.

Feminist theory draws a distinction between sexism and prejudice. Sexism is prejudice backed up by institutional power, which men as a class have but women as a class do not. By that definition, a woman can't be sexist against men because she doesn't have "the system" lending its weight to her individual prejudice.

In my experience, the vast majority of the time someone says "women can't be sexist" they do NOT mean "Women can't be prejudiced against men" or "Prejudice against men isn't bad and wrong". Within-a-rounding-error-of-nobody believes that. They generally mean something along the lines of "Look, we're talking about wider issues and societal trends here, so kindly stop trying to derail the conversation by making it all about how Men Suffer Prejudice Too because that's really not germane to the subject at hand."
