It seems likely that we have some idea what one of these is. Now that we have that info what do people think we will be seeing from the other two? When can we expect it?
There are 3 missing SKU's.
Very likely the new xwing and tie expansion
presumably just the solo new tie and the solo new xwing.
Maybe it's the x-wint t-70, tie fo and tie cog?

wave 1 redux would be my guess, seeing as how we have nothing else to go by ![]()
but it could be anything
Gonna' need the new X-Wing, new TIE, and MAYBE the SpecForce TIE, but also maybe The Falcon.
Probably The Falcon. But remember, waves of four. Expect Kylo's command shuttle too.
Very likely the new xwing and tie expansion
Seems possible. You think a 9/4 release date through LGS is possible?
...remember, waves of four.
There are three new SKUs, not four or five, and Waves 5 and 6 both broke the four-ship rule. It looks as if Wave 8 will too, to some extent.
Edited by Vorpal SwordI think it's fairly safe to assume individual clam packs for the Tie/Fo and T-70 but as to the point of when they will appear, I said elsewhere earlier but I suspect they haven't been printed yet as the focus would have been on producing cores for 9/4
New X and T. The new X will have a point reduction for the old X. (just wishing)
Edited by ScojoDefinitely a TIE Hunter and an R-41 Starchaser.
I somehow doubt they will spend two codes on expansions for two ships they are already releasing. I think they will be more interested in making more money from casuals by releasing a bunch of new ships. Falcon and new bad guy ship is my guess.
Boo!

it just might...

Huh, who knew?

The phantom comes in the ghost box though, so more than 4 ships still 4 SKU's?
Does anyone feel like we are in that episode of some tv program where people are going missing but no one is allowed to mention it or they will go missi

The Body Snatchers?
[points and screeches]

I'm with those saying the T-70 and TIE/FO expansions because doing individual expansions for these ships makes too much sense and now is the perfect time to roll them out.
They've already created the models and tested the stats for these ships so adding a few more pilots and maybe a new upgrade isn't a huge additional effort. In addition, the past has shown that it only takes the addition of minor content to have people buy them. Developing new content is a lot of work. They've already got a lot on their plate with the Imperial Carrier and Wave 8. It's not practical for them to take too much on at once, particularly when the expansions for the core set ships will require a fraction of the time a falcon or other ship does.
Adding too many new ships at once (i.e. new faclon) risks upsetting the balance of the game by introducing a large amount of new variables before FFG has a chance to watch and evaluate what trends, preferences, and strategies emerge (and hence adjusting rules and/or content in the next pack). Releasing content too fast can also frustrate customers by making them feel that they can't afford to keep up with the game. While some may not be phased by it, others will feel that flood of new content is too much for them to afford (or to mentally keep up with) and may just give up on the game. FFG needs to maintain the balance of a constant flow of new content while not overwhelming customers to the point that they choke on it.
Anyone who thinks it's not the T-70 and TIE/FO is being ridiculous.
As for when they're coming out, I say same day as the new core. The only reason they haven't been spoiled already is because the core set was spoiled from the warehouse of a big chain store, and the big chain stores don't usually carry the expansion packs.
The expansions will hit the hobby retailers the same day.

Hmm... This was not the case with Armada, but checking the release dates of Wave I and the original core set does suggest this might be a possibility (X-wing Wave 1 released the same day as the core set, September 14th, 2012).

I actually think there's the possibility of seeing new ships we haven't been made aware of yet. It's possible. It could also be that Tie with the turret...
I think it would be super fun if the solo T-70, when it comes, is the black/orange one. The problem with that theory is that Poe is already in this new Core, and the T-70 in that set is the grey/blue version. So, either they'll have to release that as a part of a later set, or it's just going to be up the painters out there to crank them out.

This is very unlikely. I spoke to my LGS owner on Saturday, and while he knew about "Force Friday," he had been told it's just a toy announcement day, not a toy sales day. He hadn't received any information from FFG about ordering the new stuff.
