italian version?

By lollenzo2, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

hello everybody,

I think I will love this game. From DnD third edition rpgs were ready to evolve in something more "board friendly" and warhammer 3rd is the first.

Some unofficial gossip about timing of the italian translation?

regards,

1) D&D 4th edition was the first of this sad trend

2) I'm still hoping it's not ruined the game for me by becoming more of a board game

So far I have not seen any mention of non-english editions. I would suggest contacting FFG directly for more information.

4E dnd is farther from a board game then this is, ive been playing it since its release and WFRP V3 would be CLOSER but its def not a board game.

I didn't say it was. I said it was more of a board game. As a gamer, I don't want lots of extra components, strange dice and smaller books. If the mechanics of the system are good I'm willing to put up with them, but none of those are things that excite me.

The italian distributor is Nexus ( www.nexusgames.com/home.asp ).

In the forum they said that WHFRP3 will be translated but no date has been given.

thx.

I fear that means a year or so. They seem quite stuck with the second edition line of products.
