40 card Asylum Packs are released ca. 1 per month, and I think it is perfectly relevant. Imagine someone (like me :-)) who just entered into CoC LCG and don't live in the US. I have now something like 11 packs, 40 cards each, to buy. This equals 440 cards, or more importantly ca. 440 PLN (if you take into considaration the relative strength of the currency and not just a simple count, it equals around 400USD). So in order to be able to have fun with all those beautiful cards I would have spend instantly 400USD (because the Asylum Packs come out regularly). This isn't a small amount of money...
