Complete Hasbro Force Friday Catalogue

Can I truly call myself a Star Wars fan if I don't have a lightsaber?

Might have to get one.

Doesn't count until you've made your own. Not just bought a kit. Made. Your. Own.

As a child I made one out of kitchen and toilet roll holders does that count?

Did it make 'vroom kshhhhhh wioooow' noises? If so, I would count it.

Only in my mind.....

.....ok, sometimes I made the noises.

Let's be real: This is exactly what these tubes were made for

I, for one, will stick to...higher quality materials.

For anyone whose really interested, Ultrasabers and The Custom Saber Shop make fantastic products. Aircraft-grade aluminum hilts, polycarbonate blades. These things will NOT break, if you get the heavy-duty blades. I've bashed the thing into a tree, no damage to my precious. Great for full-contact sparring. I also have green ones! And, the best part, they combine into saberstaves.

(shamelessly showing off large Imperial flag hanging above the desktop, too ;) )

I don't think that's Risk. I think it's something new. It sort of looks likr Dejarik with ships instead of little monsters.

It sure doesn't look like risk, but the logo on the backs of the cards is definitley Risk.

I'm curious about that one too.

Yeah, after seeing the name RISK on it, you would think it would have been a map of the galaxy with fleet and ground forces tokens to move around. Still looks interesting though! I'll be interested in finding out what the side boards are for

Umm anyone else find it odd that Han doesn't seem to have an action figure...

They couldn't get the prototype to stand up its ankle kept collapsing.

So I sold a kickstarter game and now have enough money to get that Black Series TIE Fighter next friday! So excited!

The box art for that crazy Nerf Falcon shows the dorsal turret section tilting forward to point like eight guns forward. Just crazy box art or crazy new "UpGradZ" for JJ's Star Wars?

Fold out set shows the same thing. Beginning to think this is a thing that happens. Who knows.

The fold out set and the nerf gun are the same product, the 3.75" Battle Action Millennium Falcon.

Besides Hasbro and FFG, are any other companies going to have Star Wars products on Friday?

I'm sure pretty much every vendor that makes SW toys/merch will participate, and even some that are not typically SW vendors. I mean look at this:

The big ones I can think of:

Lego

Mattel

Disney - disney store exclusives, but the best stuff is Disney Theme Park exclusive

Funko (pop vinyl figures)

My wife got something in the mail from Jo-Ann Fabrics about having Star Wars items on the 4th. I guess it will be costume patterns and other crafty stuff.

Could you imagine if they said "Surprise! Star Wars Battlefront is on sale Sept 4th! 2 months early!"

Could you imagine if they said "Surprise! Star Wars Battlefront is on sale Sept 4th! 2 months early!"

If only. They did announce a beta for early October

Target has 2 coupons for force friday:

$10 off $50+

or

$25 off $100+

excludes lego and clearance items.

Check the weekly ad link on target's website.

ToysRUs sent my wife a 15% off coupon off one regular priced item (Excluding certain things like videogames and clearance), but it looks like my TIE Fighter will be within that coupon's bounds!
