Super easy to drag-drop multiple files and has a 1-click copy of the picture link.

Unfortunately if you don't already have an account, new Flickr accounts demand a phone number, which is totally uncalled for.

OP: maxfile.ro or any other pomf.se clone work great, no compression and no filesize limit

Are there anyway to post pics with out going through some 3rd party site? as in directly from my computer?

I believe there's an option to attach pics, but only in the subforums, in the main forum your stuck with using image hosting sites

Just upload to imgur, just as easy.

Imgur's unreliable though, likes to randomly not load embeds, and it tends to compress.

I usually upload them on my profile gallery on Boardgamegeek and link them from there.
