I did not see any on the module download page, so I created some setup files for Armada.
To use, start a new game, go File->Load Continuation and select the file. After that, click the "Step Forward through Log File" button (top right next to Undo) twice. Delete what you do not need by dragging a box around it and hitting Ctrl-D. Same selection process to make copies with Ctrl-C. There is no paste in Vassal, a copy is automatically placed on top of the original pieces. They spawn selected, so simply click on one of them and drag to move the entire group somewhere convenient.
