I will purchase a raider then after I'm done with my scratch1:270 scale nebulon b I will make a 1:270 scale raider to go with my 1:270 scale corvette.
Problem solved. I'm obsessed with all my ships being in scale with each other. It's a sickness.
Edited by Boomer_JIt looks to me like all three of the Interceptor wing-thingies could potentially split lengthwise and reveal docking stations- they are supported by a ~ 8 m diameter cylindrical strut. Also, as PaulTiberius mentioned, there are two little circular hatches on the dorsal surface. There are also two rectangular, two-part hatches (the two parts are divided by a saw-tooth line) centered on the dorsal surface closer to the bridge than the round hatches.
Now I think I am too interested in identifying surface features of my new model to play a game of X-Wing.
But then we wouldn't have the Emperor until the next appropriate two crew Imperial ship, which'd be Wave 9 at a minimum, and no TIE advanced in sight.
So? In a way, I don't get it at all since it's in an Epic ship expansion
You know what would have made the Raider better?
If it had been a Star Destroyer.
<<goes to pop some popcorn and wait for some action >>
Nah. It would be better if it wasn't a required buy for the TIE Advanced fix and the Emperor crew card
Yeah, it really sucks that you need to buy StarVipers for Autothrusters, EU's, VI (still is) and SD's were for a long time only on large ships and A-Wings were for a long time the only place to get PTL.
If you want upgrades, you're going to buy stuff you may not necessarily want.
That's the model of the game.
There's less barrier to buying a small ship expansion for other upgrades than an Epic ship
