Hey I have downloaded both mods. Every time I try and sign on i get only xwing and imperial assault in the module library, can't find Armada.

Try double clicking on the module file. On my machine that will automatically fire up vassal and load the module and then I'm pretty sure its in the module library after that.

Also try File -> Open Module on the VASSAL screen.

Basically just downloading the modules doesn't let vassal know that you have them since it doesn't intrinsically have a dedicated library storage folder thing. It just keeps a list of modules and their locations. You have to tell it where to look first.
