Up close and personal: imperial mini-squad

I made up this squad revolving around getting a range 1 engagements:

They all have lighting reflexes which I think should help lining up a 2nd R1 volley off.

Enemy ship at R1 doesnt get to use focus or evade nor benefit the extra red dice.

Lastly there's howrunner for rerolls and mauler for the 4dice R1 attack.

Haven't tried it out yet, will report back.

it looks fun, I wouldn't recommend it in a tournament setting unless ur super gd at maneuvering to get in and stay at range 1 but as a casual list it looks like it would cause havoc and laughs.

Yeah lightning reflexes is fun, but not very effective on interceptors. Always run push the limit on Jax. If you don't he WILL die (not maybe). If range 1 is your goal, you will want engine upgrade, although its not necessary for the TIE fighter, zertik definetely would be happy with boost.

I'd run Echo with VI, for 888 across the board:
