Take 1 damage on defense, gunner does not trigger. At end of combat R2-D2 regenerates the shield, and you have the same HP as before.

Oh, man! Just when I'm getting past Bob's Defender hate , I find out he's a Patriots fan.

Yup! I was raised going to the games in an outdoor stadium in December. In New England weather. When 6-10 was a good season.

And I had to walk uphill, a mile, in the snow, both ways.

Kris seems very hard to understand sometimes when he is on the show. I cannot tell if it is headset or something else.

I wanna do a drinking game for every time during an episode Chad says "alright or okay everybody".

Would the Inquisitor's ability deny autothrusters at range 3 since the attack is treated as range 1? That would be sick!

I try to bring Kris' levels up so that he can be heard... but I think sometimes he still trails off some. I will do a better job bringing his levels up in future shows!

Well in my case it is actually all true! My family has had season tickets since 1990 when they went 1-15.

I wish you guys could keep shows to about 2 hours. 3.5 is just a bit much to listen to.

I would like to support this idea. I listen to all your episodes and am a big fan of the show, but feel like they could be edited down by 1-1.5 hours. There are times when the hosts go very very in depth about a particular round or match and where it's rather hard to follow the specific situation if you werent there. I feel like these segments could be shortened slightly, as well as some of the news discussion that renders on speculation. I like the sharper feel that some of the shorter podcasts have and 2hours is still way above average in length.

Still, great show.

Somehow I missed ep. 30, so I've been catching up today...can't wait to hear this one! You guys do an excellent job!

I want to say how badass it is that Phildo lost 2 games and kept fighting. It's either a love of the game, a never-say-die philosophy, or an abundance of confidence. Whichever reason it was is awesome.

It absolutely does. He always gets an extra attack die, denies the Range 3 defense bonus die, and denies Autothrusters.

Okay, I've never listened to Nova Squadron radio once before... In fact, this is the first time I've even opened a thread about them on Reddit or FFG, but there is no way in hell that dude's name is "Phil Horny"...

I agree too, I love the longer shows. It means I have more days worth of commute to work brightened up by x-wing poscasts.

OK so if Ed and Chad have their telltale call signs, what do Kris Sean and myself say repeatedly? I'm sure there's something!

P.S. Chad's "ok everybody" before reading a card has now become the defacto calling card for the podcast!
