In this case, for the Assault transport and Escort Transport. My response would be to say fine. 45 meters long, 4 hardpoints, forward ion cannons, torpedo launchers. The only alternative would be to make it at least 60 points, and have a 360 turret firepower of 4-5. with high hull, high shields, and agi 2. Even that doesn't do it justice unless it can fire at least one secondary weapon at the same time.

Better it be an epic, and just let us strap ordnance hardpoints and turbolasers to it.

Compared with the DX-9 Proxy for a shuttle (have a mels, and do this)

DV-7 Proxy for imp Firespray (I have a mels, and do this).

The alternative would be just to proxy for Deci, but I don't feel it does it justice.

This type of "ugly" starfighter used the frontal fuselage of the Headhunter, which was then attached to the "eyeball" fuselage of a TIE Interceptor, the engines of the Headhunter, and the solar collector panels of the Interceptor. Weapon-wise, the craft possessed the two laser cannons from the TIE's wings, while the Z-95's own cannons were attached to either side of the main fuselage. The fighter also bore a twin barreled cannon, resembling a BTL Y-wing starfighter's ion cannon turret, mounted on top of the "eyeball" cockpit. Interestingly, a port for an astromech droid was situated at the nose of the fighter rather than behind the pilot.

I would absolutely love a small ship like this for the Scum faction. It absolutely makes sense that Villainous Scum and Bounty Hunters would salvage the wreckage of various Rebel and Imperial battles ... and then build ships from those salvaged parts.

This would give the Scum faction another small ship that can use the salvaged astromech upgrades, and it can use both a cannon weapon and a turret ... but maybe it has a 0 for its primary attack since it's just a bunch of space junk that was welded together. I can even imagine a special title upgrade that gives your ship some kind of bonus, but if you perform two actions in a single round with this title card equipped then you must take one point of damage (essentially saying that if you "push the limit" in this piece of junk it will start falling apart).

I'd like to see something with outriggers or double hulls. Maybe an original design, or a copy of this:

Rogue Shadow, maybe with Rebel and Imperial options. Starkiller had something like 7 pilots before Juno, and Rahm Kota could serve as a Rebel pilot. Starkiller would probably be crew, at least for the Empire. Maybe a Rebel pilot, given Unleashed 2.

Ketsu's Shadow Caster would be nice, too.

Given that Rebels appears to be using Maul, the Sith Infiltrator wouldn't be out of the question even with the Civil War timeframe.

It would be neat to have another smuggler ship like this to go with the Falcon and Outrider, to go with the numerous personal vessels that the Bounty Hunters have available.

I'm fine with any of these but in my rough order or preference:

The Sentinel Class (come on, it is in Rebels and A New Hope. why isn't this in the game yet?)
The Theta Class (while more iconic as a prequel ship BF2 had it as an imperial and I think it would work with a white paint job).
The IDT/ Imperial Dropship Trasport... with a new name... (Since it's supposedly now cannon if you believe the way some people are talking about a certain mobile game).

Why? Because the imps need more large ships and more shuttles. Have you seen the shuttle compliment of a star destroyer? Even a piddly little Immobilizer/interdictor carries 4 shuttles. What am I going to do with four albino orbital wildebeest? But a Lambda, two sentinels and a IDT? That might look great. Especilly with the tie squadron's gozantis repurposed to carry walkers.

Wow. I didn't realize the XG-1 Starwing and the Missile Boat were that big compared to a TIE. But now that I see it makes sense by looking at the cockpits.

I guess they would be still smaller than a K-Wing, right? So still on small bases. Even the Blastboat seems to be "medium" size. Big model, small base.

Regardless of my love for the Starwing, by looking at that picture, I realize that the Escort Shuttle, the TIE Avenger and even the Stormtrooper transport that you link there just need to happen. They are too cool not to.

Yeah, I think you'd be looking at a K-Wing sized/priced model for the XG-1. It's main hull is around the same length as an X-Wing but a little wider, but like the Lambda the rest is mostly wing.

Personally,being a lover of freighters,there is only one for me,the YV-929 Gamorean armed freighter. Not being big,she's only 22m long,it'll fit easily on a large base and can be modified weapon wise to suit your tastes. At the moment,the only place you can get it is Mel's Mini's,we need to get an official version.
