Any last minute tips to deploy a Panic Attack? I don't know if I should mid or take a side. -___-

Depends on the squad. If it's a higher-PS team, I'll set up in a corner like this, with my ships all pointed at the opposite corner. So, for example, if I set up in my left corner, I'll deploy like this:
--B--B
B--Y--
This does three things for you:
1) it protects the Y-Wing, keeping it in the back or letting it swing out as a flanker.
2) It lets you react to wherever your opponent deploys. If they set up directly opposite you, bank left and engage. If they set up on the opposite corner, bank right and move to intecept.
3) By deploying in a diamond pattern like this, you're free to use formation flight without worrying about bumps. You can also choose to swing your B-Wings out with barrel rolls to create a wider net of shots.
Against lower-PS scrubs like a swarm, you'll want to set up somewhere that you can take advantage of the rocks and force them to break up. A swarm will chew you alive on a joust.
Edited by PhantomFOHi! I actually put the y in the front! Granted I played 2b 2 y, putting the Ys in front lets you use thier superior speed when necessary, really nice against fat turrets and gives you better spacing against brobots. I try to put a rock at range 3 of each board edge, you can do a 1 forward on turn 1 and then a 2 hard on turn 2 to tuck in under the rock with the whole formation depending on what your opponent does. Gives you room to roll the bs too. Hope that helps, it worked for me at nationals.
I tend to have the Y's in the rear because the B's have a better performance in the initial volley.
The other reason to keep the Y-Wing in the rear is because no ship in the Rebel fleet attracts as much hate as a Gold Squadron Y-Wing with R3A2. B-Wings? Bah, they can only deal damage. That Y-Wing can spit out stress tokens against anyone within his firing arc! He must die!
Yeah but when you put the y in the rear you make getting the double taps off harder and worse risk not getting any stress out of the initial engagement. The stresshog is not a closer, its awesome in the early game and in the mid but not in the late game. You want your opponent to kill it or chase it when its almost dead the 3 bank covers a lot of ground so save the mov if you can.
Catachanninja knows his stuff. Y can't double stress at range 3 or stress at all if the opponent guesses moves right. The stress bot will be target number one and in most cases, you won't need to borrow stress tokens from a buddy in the middle of a match
I think spreading them out a little to get a wider coverage of tactician may be a better idea. Defense in depth.

That's what I was doing during store championship season, id always keep the y at the board edge then to widen its arc, fat pancakes gave me more trouble though because I couldn't concentrate fire as well, it was easier for then to take shots from just one or two ships. It's not the worst idea against multi arc dodger lists though.
100% you should set up along one side. It protects you from being flanked and helps you avoid committing to a line earlier than you have to.
Also, I agree that the Y should go in the front of your formation. Having the Y at R3 for the initial engagement can be a game losing mistake, so get him as far forwards as possible. Having the gold in the front also allows you to K your formation if necessary.
Also agree with placing the Y-wing at the front.
It's going to explode no matter what you do, so you might as well have it explode in a fiery ball of stress tokens.
Good advice all. I had some issues, and will work to fix it. At first I thought about switching lists for the next tourney, but I'm going to take the lessons I've learned and likely keep it up. My dice were terrible all night.
I ran:
Got a Decimator to 1 hull while enemy flew Fel off the board, still lost due to Decimator's points.
Lost to a Corran+Dash 50-48.
I'm retiring those dice getting some new ones.
Lessons learned were the Y should likely be in front, which I was thinking but decided to try back row. The diamond formation was great for asteroids and maneuvering was never an issue, but the one round I didn't start slow I regret. I think I forgot to use the single B's Ion Cannon and the other two B's Tactician a few times.
Next time I will deploy, assuming left board edge:
-----B+T------Y
B+I------B+T
Also considering just putting Adv Sensor on the B's, I'm better at remembering that than R2 Stress and Ion secondary.

And here I thought I would be the only person I ever heard talking about the superior speed of Y-Wings...

I would actually use that as deployment on the right side of the board, gives your bs room to barrel roll and the Y a slightly wider arc, although I do like staggering the tacticians, I haven't tried that yet.
No joke before round one of every event I write "stress bot" really big on my dice rolling arm.
Ive really considered advanced sensors because all my games turn into bumpfests so the action economy would be great. NO idea where the points will come from.
