I think I really like this build. Soontir will not like TLT. Fat turrets won't either and 4 Z's burn down low agility targets pretty well. Brobots and 4B lists might be the biggest weakness. What do you think?

Not sure if 2 TLTs will be enough against dedicated arc-dodgers like Fel.

Not bad idea, although there's something to be said about having 4 pirates to increase chances of blocking Fel. If you don't block him, his token pile + autothrusters keeps him relatively safe from a pair of twin laser turrets. Three turrets is more threatening though---some damage should squeak through (in theory). Of course, keeping 3 twin laser turrets in range of Fel at the same time would be tricky (or your opponent is an idiot I guess).

4 x 3 Dice shots + probably 1-2 2 dice Z95 shots in a single is going to be harder for Soontir Fel to evade than you might think!

Lots of chances for Green dice to blank, and at most only 3 tokens to defend with!

And I say this from experience. I've already had one game where 2 TLT Y wings managed to pop the Stealth Device one round, then finish him off the next. And that was out of arc with Autothrusters. And I don't think I mis-played, as I used a barrel roll to dodge the other forward facing ship arcs.

Defending against 2 x TLT + R4 Y Wings is similar to 2 x Predator + Gunner Turrets. Chances of taking at least one damage seem pretty high.

I am crafting a similar list and have considered 2 Zs with either another Y w/ TLT or a Cartel Marauder.

tell me more about your choice to take 4 Zs versus 2Zs and another Y or other ship.

I think the OP list is as optimized as it gets. Two TLT's is fine against Soontir, he will be very afraid of getting hit with those buffed shots. The best part of R4 Agro with TLT is that in the first engagement you likely won't be in TL range after your preceding move, so R4 negates some low PS issues.

Edit: It also clarifies the debate for me about whether the Scum or Rebel version is better.

Kavil w/TLT + Predator + Unhinged seems pretty sexy to me. Mostly because being in arc at range one is the safest place to be.

Silly list with TLT Kavil. If he shoots Mux's victim out of arc he's got two attacks where he is throwing 4 dice and gets to reroll 2 of them. Swap Mux out for a 3rd TLT Spice Runner if you want.
