The raider rule book says to add 2 dice at range 4 and 3 at 5, was this just printed before the FAQ update? Does the faq update effect ALL epic play or just tournament play?

Its update. Now at range 4 and 5 we roll 2 extra greens, instead of 2 greens at range 4 and 3 greens at 5.

The latest Huge Ship Rules state you roll 1 additiona green die at Ranges 3-5. My guess is the Raider Rules were written before the update to the Huge Ship rules.

It also makes me wander if we will see the same wording in the Gozanti rules.

The FAQ update was put into the Huge Ship Rules on the product page. The rues that came with the Raider must have been written before the change, with the Raider already too far along to be updated.

So you'd still only get 1 additional defense die for ranges 3-5.

Well if they've sat around waiting for Disney approval I can see how that happened.
