I'll probably get two K-Wings, because I love my Y-Wings and running four of them at once with TLT sounds fun, and so I can try some visual modding on one of the K-Wings and know I have a spare in reserve. I'm thinking of removing the external ordnance, even if it no longer makes a k shape as a result.

Okay my, hopefully last, question on this subject.

If I don't play S&V are there any cards, tokens, upgrades that I could use for Rebel/Imperial builds?

There's a couple nice upgrade cards in the Kihraxz pack. Crack Shot and Lightning Reflexes are both nice low price EPT's. The Ion Projector from the Hounds Tooth may be handy as well.

Yeah, that's what I thought but I was double checking.

So two of each except one Hound's Tooth.

If you want the cards, I'd say yes. Myself I think I'm skipping S&V in this wave, the EPT's are nice but IMO not $15 nice.

if you don't want the scum ships, just buy the cards on the secondary market.

I'm getting 2 K-Wings and 2 Punishers for the same reasons many have already stated. More build options with the ships and/or included munitions.

2 K-wings, 2 Punishers, 2 Kihraxz (more, depending on the "hypothetical" T-70 X), 2 YV-666. Will likely add another Kihraxz though.

One of any ship is useless.. I buy for all sides and have 4 of all ships I own except for about 3... as for TIEs I have over 10 of Interceptors and TIE/lns.. 8 bombers, but that's for repaint ideas..

As for punishers.. I'll end up with 4 so I can use the extra munitions on my bomber lists and get all the tokens I need for the new ordnance. I'll also have minimum of 2 K wings, and get 2 more later for ordnance and tokens .. I fly bomber lists a lot so I want those ships for the goodies...

Honestly though, I think one should have about 100 points of all ships, as when you want to show someone the game you have enough to build many varied lists..

I very rarely buy more than one of any ship, mainlly because they keep releasing more of them in aces/epic ship expansions. The few times I have were mainly to get more of a upgrade card that was exclusive to that ship.
