Can somebody please post the English version of the part explaining the special movement rules between the staircases in that quest? The German version is a little ambiguous here...

"The staircase in this area costs 3 movement to use, and may only be used by a hero with a Speed of 5 or more."

Thanks, Antistone! The German version says something like "only heros with 5 movement" may use the stairs.
