I am looking at buying 3rd party acrylic tokens, how many should I get for an epic Imperial Fleet?
My guesses:
Focus - 20
Evade - 20
Target Lock - 9
Extra Munitions - 10
Energy - 16
Reinforce - 4
Ion - 5
Stress - 10

How many tokens for epic play?
A lot more stress-tokens! In a standard 100 points game I have seen more end 15 stress tokens used.
I would also get more focus-tokens, maybe 30.
No shields?
I'd also get more ion tokens, they are very effective against huge ships so will probably see some use in epic games

I keep about 20 of each of the standard, with 60 shield tokens
Reinforce I'm guessing 1 per ship so 3+
I don't have extra munitions, yet.
Target Lock - I keep far too many but about 10 I guess should be fine in an Epic game.
More stress, count the average number of ships in your fleet and double that number at least.
Get more target locks as well.
Like Ken up there, I too keep too many tokens, I store each ship individually with a supply of tokens and their dial and base so I only need a pilot card to have it ready to fly.
Depending on price and budget, 25 of everything but the following:
Reinforce 5 (or 2 per huge ship you own)
Extra Munitions 10
Cloak 10 (depending on how many ships with cloak you plan to field)
Weapons Disabled (I'm future proofing here 
) 10
Of these you need a lot less.
Shields, these you need a lot more of.
So I finished painting my extra munition tokens, I whipped up about twenty sample paint schemes.

Those look fantastic! Love the color scheme. I'm slowly adding to my store since those Extra Munitions tokens went up. There are some shields on the now, with energy tokens up soon, as well as full bomb sets, weapons disabled, and reinforce. I'd like to offer full epic ship sets. I'm curious what you think of the designs. I'm always looking for feedback.
