Yeah I had all my info typed up in under 15 seconds and then It said I entered the wrong ZIP which I didn't. Re-entered an alternate ZIP and then it worked. Tickets were sold out though. This is garbage.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I literally missed my shot at Armada worlds because I was typing my hyphenated last name.
And then I went to register for X-Wing, but when I filled in all my billing information and hit submit it said those were sold out. But once I signed up for Imperial Assault there were 20 X-Wing slots open again.

I am another unsatisfied customer trying to register for the World Championship weekend.
I was online and on the correct page at 11:59 PM, 8/17/15. I saw the button go live to register for the War of the Five Kings event. I clicked it and was taken to a page that said that there were 10 spots left. I entered the quantity of one for the number of registrants and then sat waiting while the page loaded.... and loaded... finally another page came up asking for a coupon code. I had no idea what it was asking for. After waiting another minute I decided to hit "Apply" even though there was no code. The page had no other instructions or button on it.
After another minute or so of the page no loading, I was directed to a page that said the event was sold out.
Frustrated, I checked my email to see if I received confirmation that I at least made it far enough to hold a spot. Sure enough an email was sent to me at 12:05 AM, 8/18/15. In this email were instructions and a code to use when registering for the event... that was already SOLD OUT.
Can you appreciate how frustrating that is?
This is the most convoluted and complex process I've ever seen for registering for anything in the information age. Seriously, it's easier to apply for a line of credit using online banking than it is to register for this event.
The only way for Fantasy Flight Games to make up for this absolutely horrendous treatment of its fans is to hold another series of events (for free would be nice, but I would still be willing to pay for unique price support) to accommodate the fans who want to support their product.
How about a weekend or two that we can sign up for (NOT USING THUNDERTIX) where there are multiple tournaments and we can still have the opportunity at the T-Shirt and Unique deck boxes and alternate art cards and play mats, etc. They could even partner with the retailers in the area to host said event the same weekend as Worlds.
Not mad, just disappointed,

I was camped on it from 2356 on and got one of the two World's tix. I certainly do not want someone who wants to go not be able to, but am very glad these tickets became available as I had no idea during the original sign ups that they would go in less than an hour.
I was only going to visit worlds to see the place but reading about all this headache, dudes, that sucks. At this point it would be better if you all put your names in a hat, regionals winners got put on the list first, and then the rest were lottery. Though that has its own problems, arguably worse.

Something funning, my wife was so upset at first by me saying that I was going to Worlds at first but last night she was Pissed off that I am not. She kept telling me that she would find some tickets online somewhere and buy them for me. Telling me not to worry. Wow I sure do love her. You go girl!

Not that I'd want to be part of a major tournament yet... I think the biggest event for the specific game would have some sort of qualifiers to select who gets first shot at seats. Just my opinion... I'm sort of thinking along the lines of the Boston Marathon where you need to qualify or basically run a charity bib.

For future events I believe they are looking at larger venues.
With having 3 major star wars miniature events. . . They will need it.
I was able to work with FFG and they totally stepped up to the plate. They helped me with the issues that I had. Good stuff and thank you FFG!
