I think WFRPv3 is set about a year before the Storm. The working title of the adventure being written for WFRPv3 is Project Thunderbolt: a possible Storm of Chaos reference, perhaps indicating that the adventure will take place during the incursion.

Of course I may be way off with my guess.

Didn't they mention the conclave of light? This would mean that it is put one year before the SOC.

We hade a thread about his one some time ago...

I think current WFRP3 description we have had, have given idea that it is year 2521. SoC has started, but nobody realises that this is just the beginning (Surthra Lenk attack) and real thread is still coming.

If this is true (again, you never know), this would be great time to start campaign. Also I would very much then wait some sourcebook/campaign based on the SoC.
