How to build a Imperial Epic list?

I really want The Raider, Palpatine (on a Shuttle?) and Vader with Backstabber & Mauler.

But without upgrades that is already 205 points:

Anybody got good advice on a viable and fun Imperial Epic list? And how to kit-out the Raider?

The Emperor is a little more protected like this and, and this is important to remember, he can change any die roll. Including Captain Needa's.

Don't forget to use the bulk of the Raider to protect yourself.
