Can I play multiple different order tokens and my order dial at the same time?

Yes.

Your order dial, and as many tokens as you wish.

Note, however, that playing a command and the same token only counts as 1. This is most relevent when using Engineering dial and Engineering command when near the Neb-B Redemption.

You get your Engineering points for the dial, then half your engineering points for the token, then you get 1 extra for Redemption. You DO NOT get 1 for the dial, and one for the token.

Right and important to point out, you can only resolve one of each type of command per turn. One dial and one token count as one resolution.

Note that you can only execute a command ONCE per turn. Basically, if you have a dial and the same token, you'll have to decide whether just to spend the dial (and save the token for another round) or spend the dial and the token. You cannot spend the dial, see the effect, THEN decide to spend the token as that counts as two executions of the same command. This is usually the case for Concentrate Fire. You cannot add a die to your dice pool, roll that die, then decide whether to spend your CF token. You will have to declare that you are spending ONLY the dial or BOTH the dial and the token. If you declared you will spend BOTH, but ended up not needing a reroll (token), you still lose the token.

If you had a VSD and the appropriate tokens + dial, you could technically activate a squadron(s), repair, concentrate fire, and navigate in one turn.
