So im noticing that some maneuvers and actions require a certain speed. Evasive maneuvers for example says speed 3+. Now does this mean u need to be going at a speer of 3+ or just have a ship that has a max speed of 3+. i think u can kindof interpret it either way. It makes sense both ways. So let me know what u guys think. Thanks!

Your vehicle's current speed needs to meet those requirements, despite what it's maximum speed is at.

Current speed. Important as there's talents that allow a vehicle to exceed it's listed maximum, so you can execute maneuvers not normally available.

Actually Full Throttle does not allow you to perform maneuvers your ship's normal speed does not qualify it to perform. I house rule this one away and just base it on current speed.
