The lineup looks awesome in its pedigree. Some real favorites in there. Donnie Yen. Mads Mikkelson, Forest Whitakar and Alan Tudyk are all great and some of my fovorites.

Alan Tudyk is only motion capturing though, so not sure that he'll be providing the voice.
It's likely he will, but even then, some of his comedy will be lacking IMHO.

What RodianClone said. I love the lineup, but I wish there had been more aliens among the main characters.

Love the overall look but frowned at one aspect. I like that Rogue One isn't just a bunch of white guys a la Red Squadron (except no aliens?) and would enjoy the inclusion of a non-lightsaber martial arts expert showing up in Star Wars, but do you have to dress him in obvious kung-fu robes and use the stereotypical Asian actor? At least make a small change to not make me immediately think, Ninja in Spaaaaccce!.

Hopefully as more details come about the character isn't as one-faceted as just a space ninja. Such as his black & red robes are attributed to an old rebellious Jedi faction that was exiled and this guy secretly has a few force powers? It can be cool, but please don't just make him simply an easily recognizable ninja. Jedi weren't just space samurai, they had some added depth that made them different and thus original.

I have my fingers crossed. Is it wierd that I might actually have more anticipation for Rogue One then Ep. 7?

I'm more interested in the story than characters. I thought to myself a good idea might be they transmitted the plans off the DS but get caught on it. They're able to break out with the chaos caused by Princess Leia's escape, and the climax is them trying to get off the DS before the rebels blow it up.

There could be an explanation for the title in that. Some, most, or even all of the team doesn't get off the DS before Luke fires the shot that kills them. So, Luke later uses the call sign of the commando team he inadvertently killed off in homage to them.
