Any central west coast Florida players getting into Invasion? It looks like Emerald City comics is going to be selling and many of its staff have bought the game as well. Might mean they will run events from the shop.

Just picked up a set from EC. Myself and one or two others who play Warmachine over at EC Clearwater the 2nd & 4th Friday of every month, are probably gonna start to play.

Unfortunately, I'm not really the tourney type. I have no real interest in picking up 3 core sets heehee

This thread is a little old, but I figure the card game community is a bit scarce around here. My friend and I have managed to buy several core sets and boosters each at EC and would be willing to play in the Pinellas County area if there's still interest. Hmph. 111 views but only 3 posts? Here's to hoping that people still check this every so often. Go to the 'W:I Regionals Orlando...' thread and check out the specs on the whole burrito. If it sounds like something you guys would be into I can promise that we'll make it well worth your drive to Orlando! I really hope you all can make it. This is going to set the template for other Invasion tournaments to follow, mark my words.
