I noticed in the books there is a truth serum "Truth Revealed" drug in BOJ 71 page. I think there should be "Amnesia Drug" which clears target's many hours of memory. How Should I make it if I have, Chem Use, Trade(Apothecary)? I cant find anything about this thing.
Amnesia Drug
I would not have a drug that "removes" hours of Memory. The human brain has two "Memory Storages". The short term Memory and the Long term Memory. Things go into "short term Memory" first and from there, a number of it goes into Long term Memory. That is an ongoing process.
The biochemical way of hindering "Memory" is to inhibit the Transfer from short term to Long term. You can put somebody into a chemcial induced state of mind that inhibts the Transfer (actually, that is one of the things that you achieve with an alcohol overdose), but this state of mind must be achieved at the moment of the Memory itself that needs to be terminated or SHORTLY thereafter.
Once the Memory is transfered to "Long term" you cannot "target" it any longer, but only the brain parts used for storing Long term Memory as a whole... that is like the attempt of killing one guy in a town by bombing the town from above. Which means: it is unlikely to get the right one if you don´t just go about killing ALL of them.
So, my suggestion,is to come up with a rarity for a durg that will kills off about 10 to 30 minutes of RECENT MEMORY, unless the target passes a Toughness test. If you want to include Medicine (Chem-use) Skill, make it a contested skill for the right dosage, if one is willign to risk overdose. Overdose will happen if the Chem-Use score degrees of failure, and might include a number of hours of near-coma, vomiting (which might be deadly if Happening during near-comatose sleep) and , in the worst case, brain damage.
Applied successfully, the target will be dizzy, dreamy/"away" for about 15 to 30 minutes after the injection, or perhaps sleeping.
By the by, there is a Psyker power for deleting Memory. But not everyone is having a Psyker, I guess.
if you don´t just go about killing ALL of them.
See the drug "dirus" they use to mindwipe Schola Progenium students (in GW's books, anyways)

There is "Forget Me" - "You become instantly forgettable to a single creature within range. They can’t seem to recall having met you before this very instant and you effectively suppress all memories of your previous encounters. The target is entitled to an Ordinary (+10) Willpower Test to resist this power. Their memory returns after 1d10 minutes.
Overbleed: For every 5 points by which you exceed the Threshold, you may do any of the following: extend the effects of this power to either one additional target, add an extra 1d10 minutes to the duration, or worsen the Difficulty of the Willpower Test by one step."
but I think it just suppress memories for 1d10 + overbleed and then memory returns. Do I understand it wrong? Does the memory returns after 1d10 minuters only if the target successfuly resisted this power?
the description of the drug you gave seems nice for me. THanks A lot!
Do you remember which book?
Codex Tempest Scions - the section about life in the Schola, titled "Forging of a Killer". It wasn't much, though, just a couple lines as part of the general background. Still interesting nonetheless:
"[...] Such uniformity is easier to accept for very young students than it is for those who have spent longer in their parent cultures - but mindscaping is always necessary to facilitate the commitment to the ways of the Schola Progenium. Sometimes, for habitual prejudices, this clarity of thought can be achieved by simple techniques, such as repetition of litanies for weeks on end. However, at some point, every cadet is strapped down to an iron chair known as a Correction Throne. Needles are then inserted through the rear of the cadet's skull, and their heads are flooded with dirus, a neurochemical fluid that cleanses their synapses, wiping away old memories and paving the way for new information."

This is really nice!
But what about that Power "Forget Me"? how does it work? Do the memory always returns? Or does it vanish completely?
