Is this correct or is webstore not up to date ? It just seems odd it says out of stock when it was never in stock and I have a credit I wanna use up.

Their web store is typically stocked last. That is, they stock their distribution network first, and the web store second or not at all. It will eventually come into stock, but it'll be a while.

My FLGS says FFG limited stock to small retailers and sent the rest to Amazon. He's not happy.

FFG doesn't send stock to retailers, they send it to distributors who then send it to retailers. I'm willing to bet that his anger is should be aimed at his distributor not FFG itself.
The stock Amazon gets is going to come from a different channel then other retailers, so it's highly unlikely that your LGS is getting shorted because Amazon got it all.
