... See I did this with X-wing, I did it with the Squadron activation sliders, but I never once thought about doing it on command tokens and dials. Fantastic idea, especially from having to grab at them from a few feet away (neatly piled or not, they tend to mix together a touch after having to place a few squadrons aside). I'm absolutely going to adopt this, using just single colour coordination to make it easy recognition... okay, dual for the neat ones like squadrons and concentrate fire. Great one Ouzel.

I've seen people put them off to the side. It makes more sense to me to have 1 of each token by the ship card, and then put them on the card when they have the token.

I made a 3d printed tray with rows for each command type, along with many other Armada player aids. I plan to post pics and upload to Thingverse soon. I've just been too busy to get them up. I did post some of what I made to Shapeways https://www.shapeways.com/shops/err404, but the price came out higher than I wanted.
