Ok, so I started listening to this, and it's pretty awesome.

However , it feels like I'm missing something.

Episode one starts in as if they've already done an adventure and I'm just starting to listen in the middle of it.
Are there some one-shot episodes that I need to listen to before that?

I mean, there's over a hundred one-shots, so I'd appreciate it if someone could point out the episodes for me, if that is the case.

Especially since the EotE ones take place 5 years later (although, some 13 years BBY!)

You should listen to the d20 ones, they are really good... And pretty much any of the One Shot episodes James D`Amato is GMing! Guest GMs are never as good, creative, funny or listener friendly.

D20 isn`t my favourite system either, but that doesn`t matter, the setting is SW, the GM is really good and the players are funny.

It does establish their usual tactic of “let’s get captured!”

I've had to start over because I simply forgot which episode I was on after a long hiatus... I'm now just past the d20/eote switch.

I started listening to the series when I first took on the reigns of gming for my crew full time and I got to say it has been an inmesurable help in coming up with things, just being able to listen to how they run settings has not only caused me to start looking up and reading about improvisation but it has improved my gming a lot.
