Heh, double whales again - let's see how we go.
Hey man, it looks like you did quite well last time, so at least you have some experience. Although I have played against a similar list to yours as well..
so I tried to make a vlog but I had to reenter the game and forgot to restart it so not from my end
Rekkon defeats Clontroper5.
300 - 0
Rekkon was the Second Player with Minefields.
Came down to a single hull Motti keeping a second Victory alive with two hull remaining. Screed then ran over an asteroid (they do concern him) and hit a mine, dropping his ride to a single hull which the third Victory casually removed.
So close yet so far away...
Is there a vlog from your game?
I had one running the whole time, but I might not have started it early enough. I will have to check when I get home. Additionally, we were using Skype (soooo much easier), so the log would be more difficult to follow.
I am the only 9 to 1 MoV person? And am not in the bottom half of the board, but ranked 7th? I might be better (or luckier), than I thought! Or, at least better here than I am at x-wing.

Looks like your opponent will have another rebel on rebel fight, while you don't need to deal with VSD's this round. I think you will do fine.
Also, vassal MAY have incorrect bases, but on the tabletop we are not as perscice as we can be with a computer ans standardized movement "wands". Plastic has a little bit of give, and dragging it across the table would cause the tool to be a little off due to friction, also bumping things, etc etc. All in all, human error is greater than a few millimeters, and that is acceptable.

JJs Juggernaut defeats Truthiness 207-27 180 MOV. Should have been 42-27, but my dumb ass flew my Paragon off the table. Truthiness was first player with Advanced Gunnery as the objective. Log file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5iARuQWZKwxb1YtRTF1OTVSSHM/view?usp=sharing
Irokenics has been in contact with me and advised me he will be moving and likely not to have an internet connection for the next two weekends.
He's offered to concede, though it doesn't sit quite right with me. Is there an option for me to play the bye instead? THoughts, BiggsIRL?
Well, if he is dropping then yeah. You'd get a concede / bye.
If the guy with the bye (DabDarklighter) wants to play you and no one else is opposed to the chamge, then i will switch it to you and him matched up. If someone objects, or Dab doesnt wamt to play you, it will be a Bye for both of you.

Tough break Truthiness! I watched the game, and it was tragic to see your objective ship heading off the table when it was unable to make that turn.
Since at the beginning of the game you expressed surprise to see your opponent had Garm as his admiral, it's worth keeping in mind that the free tokens are exactly the sort of thing that makes the Garm-based fleet flexible and do things like drop/raise speed in emergencies. He's not as flashy as Dodanna, but he's a good leader for big ships.
To follow on from what Matt said. I had a couple of games on Weds against one of the dreaded quad imperial ship fleets and when those gladiators start trying to box in the AF2's having a nav command at precisely the right time can be the difference between escaping to victory and trapped into defeat. I got it right in one, and wrong in the other.......when I got it wrong I was really pining for Bel Iblis and a defence liaison!

Honestly, I'm not high on any of the current rebel commanders for how I like to play (squadron heavy). I'm really looking forward to Reikan since I would then be very comfortable being second player, maximizing points, and forcing objectives. I think I'll be doing a Mon cal and 2 nebs for my squadron heavy list going forward into wave 2 with Reikan. The Assault Frigates just need to put the pedal on the gas from the get go and not get tethered down by squadrons. The Nebs, despite the smaller squadron value, I'm finding work better since they prefer going slow and steady before surging past danger. I expect the Mon cal to be a slower, heavy hitter who will synergize well with that by covering the more fragile Nebs.
My AFIIs I think are going to get relegated to a gunnery list with Ackbar.
Edited by TruthinessResults for Kamie689 vs OgRib:
1st player - OgRib
2nd player - kami689
Played Precision Strike
360 points for kami689
111 points for OgRib
249 MoV (10-0)
Great game against Kami (above)
The score looks one sided but the game was pretty fun, lots of Precision Strike shenanigans. I managed to kill Soontir before he was able to cause too much combo damage with escorts, but his fighters did their job keeping my Ys away from his ships.
Jaina's Light is an a lot of fun too.

Kuvutalli and I will start our match in about an hour.
Edited by Massetergodofcheese vs F0RGED
F0RGED eks out a 8-2 win going First with the mission Minefields... which he ran into the first turn.....
180 vs 80 MOV 100pts
no clue how to post replay....
Edited by F0RGEDKovuTalli Vs Masseter.
KovuTalli killed 126
Masseter killed 275
Masseter wins 9-1 with a 149 MOV
KovuTalli was first player with Advanced Gunnery.
Very enjoyable and close game. Victory with Screen remained unharmed bar some repaired shields and Demolisher was left with 1 Hull. The A-wing's missed almost every shot except for 2! 4 blanks out of 6 on black dice!
Dodonna and 2 A-wing's survived.
Forgot to record a replay Doh.
Still undecided if going for the Vic if it is objective ship is better, or trying to mince the glads fast then turn on to Vic with remaining forces.
As if Vic is down no Screed and I could just try to long range Kite the Glads (Except for Demolisher) And hopefully still have Space whale alive.

101–150 9 1 - Taken from FFG Tournament rules.
61-100 is a 8-2
Edited by KovuTalliThose are the old rules. There was an update in June.
That was when the point limit was 180.
Biggs defeats Onca 306-166
I was player 2, with Precision Strike as the objective.
Turn 6 ended with his heavily damaged Salvation running away while Big Boy and Tantive flew around. Dutch and Luke died at the last possible second.
Edit: God, I wish 140 pts was 9-1 right now.
Edited by BiggsIRLDerp so they are - I guess I must have the old bookmark still, was sure I had updated it!
