I don't see anything in the Tournament Rules other than that the 1st round byes are determined randomly.
When do we post objectives?
You don't, though you can if you want.
Semi-honor system. Post what objective you played with and who 1st and 2nd player are for results. If you see results of someone you already played playing as Second Player with the wrong objective, they are cheating.
Missed it. I failed to see that it was 4pm PST...fail me. I'll make sure to pay better attention next time.

Yeah, Brian, matches are untimed, otherwise standard tournament rules apply (I.e. six round limit). 
Doobleg vs Lyraeus is set for Friday 7pm PST (or 10am Saturday for GMT+8, which is where I am 
). Can't wait!

vlog doesn't stand for video log. It's a replay within VASSAL. You don't need recording software or anything. Just press "Begin logfile..." at the beginning of your game and End logfile at the end.
BTW, to save a lot of time, you can save your fleet in VASSAL so you don't have to manually add command tokens, ships etc.

Start Vassal Armada
- Click File
- Begin Logfile...
- Add a file name, eg 'Round 1 Clontroper5 vs PorSpella6'
- Save
At the end of the game
- End logfile.
You just made a replayable recording of the game, with all dice rolls, moves and comments!

But seriously, do vlogs, they will let everyone collectively get better at the game.

Im glad your running the same fleet as our last event. Its good to see there is a quad gladiator list from fellforlife as well. Hopefully this will make for some good evening watching :-)
