For those who are wondering when the non-CE RT books are going to finally ship, Neal from the Warstore just sent me an email telling me my order is shipping today by UPS, so I should be getting it by Friday.
As Neal tends to release these things so that they'll arrive by the street date, I'd expect this means that the FLGS and Barnes & Noble crowd can expect the books to arrive in those stores by Friday as well, if not sooner.

I'm tempted to cancel my pre-order from my flgs who still haven't given me a date and order from the war store. I'd save $10 and I'd know for sure when I'll get it.

Well my FLGS just found out today they should have it tomorrow so looks like I'll be sticking with them. What's $10 to have it a few days sooner, especially when you're supporting your flgs?
I tend to go for the savings more often than not, and besides, I'm saving a ton on this order as it has slowly grown from the RT book only to the RT Book, Creatures Anathema and three Privateer Press minis thanks to some of the threads that have taken place here while I've been waiting (my wallet curses you all!), so my total savings is probably closer to $20 after shipping. Plus I like to give Neal business as he has given me excellent service over the last couple of years...
Rogue Trader shipped for me from the War Store, and I just ordered it this morning! Woots!
Yup, my FLGS just said they were ordered and should be in Thursday or Friday. Woot.
Silly man I'm about to jump my car, and get my copy from my local game store. Never again will I preorder RPG books from Amazon or the net.....
Yep! I Gave Amazon the axe NOV 2-4 Date. Got mine for Neal this morning also.
Just canceled with Amazon and ordered through the warstore. Amazon still hadn't given me an estimated ship date, never ordering through them again, even with their pre-order discounts.
I just wanted to say that I appreciate all you guys canceling your orders with Amazon.
It moves me up in the queue.
Amazon have me down as shipping between now and Friday... so we will see what happens.

Once I realized my local store gives you a 10% discount for preorders I pre-ordered every book the would let me;-)

As I said elsewhere, I know I can't do anything with RT right now except read it, so I don't mind the extra wait. Still, I just hope they get enough copies to fill my pre-order and I'm not stuck waiting for the next batch to come in. I'm still waiting on the BSG Pegasus expansion, which according to FFG has gone back to the printer for reprint, meaning they completely sold out of the initial run. I'm not sure how many copies Amazon got and where I'm at in the pre-order queue, but I obviously wasn't early enough to get one from the first batch. Unlike RT, I could easily get a game of BSG Pegasus together, so I'm actually feeling this one more. However, at the rate FFG gets stuff printed and shipped, if I miss the boat on the first batch of RT, I could easily be waiting until next year for my copy to arrive. While I'm not willing to cancel my pre-order and pay more for it somewhere else, if that happens I will be bummed.
All I have to say is the warstore rocks, I ordered it tuesday and received it in the mail today. Anyone ordering with amazon should change as fast as possible.

I agree that the Warstore rocks and order GW stuff from Neil all the time. Amazon updated their site to show in stock 10/12 and my estimated arrival date to 10/14, so I'll just wait continue to wait for RT thanks. With the money I save I can place anorder with the Warstore for other stuff that much sooner.
Got an email last night from Amazon. My book is shipping and will be here Tuesday, for less than the Warstore.
Some people just have no patience.
