A Levithan mobile fortress with a Baneblade cannon stuck on for the hell of it, indeed, the Ecclisarch (who was a former Army Chaplen) rides into battle in style and fury.
I would love to have one of those for my IG army. The awesome would be free-flowing....
That would be perfect for the Adepta Soritas forces. Heck, any Puritanical Inquisitor would want a ride like that, just throw in some flamers on the sides

If i was religious, I'd rock up to sunday service in that.
The artists other work is very 40k-esque as well. Especially "The Temptation of St. Anthony" and "An Opera for the Apocalypse" which I could imagine as giant twin airship platforms of the Ecclisarchy.
