I Wookieepedia'ed "Attanni Min." It is a cybernetic implant used by the species that non other than Manaroo, Dengar's girlfriend, belongs to who also, unsurprisingly, appears to be the PS4 Generic in the expansion pack. It is used to let that species, the Aruzan, share emotional connections while in separate craft.
Perhaps, each time you spend a focus token, each other ship with <this card> equipped may be assigned one? Probably butchered that, but I'm guessing, you can give them a focus if they don't have one already.
