peacemaker mission

By miknike, in Imperial Assault Rules Questions

For peacemaker it states that jyn needs to interact with the comm to bring szack out of his bar. but what happens if jyn is withdrawn before she can do that does the imperial win?? What jyn did in our game was charge the storm troopers on the lower part of the map and was wounded rather quickly as it was the first side mission. then I proceeded to harass her with storm troopers because i noticed the wording of that objective and she did blitz them. So basically what would you do in this scenario as the door is locked has no health and i dont see szack careing about other people to come out of his bar. what we did was give the door health which just turned into spawn camping my units and getting crates untill the door was left.

If Jyn withdraws before the mission progresses, then the mission cannot continue. The Rebels will lose that mission.

Would you have done the same thing of killing off jyn or would you have stuck to the non grey area wounding of all heroes

As the Imperial Player in that situation, I would have done the same thing. I would have nuked Jyn (or any other solo-blitz hero) so fast that they would never attempt that can of idiotic maneuver again for the remainder of the campaign.

That said, if your players are new to IA, I would allow them to collectively slap the Jyn player in the face, tell her to knock that **** off, and give them a do-over.

That said, the only player to get hurt from the mission is Jyn not getting her awesome reward.
