Any X-Wing players in the Gallatin/Hendersonville/Madison TN area?

I have spoken with the owner at The Next Level Games in the Madison/Goodlettsville area and he's definitely interested in getting X-Wing going with a possible tourney scene if there is any interest. I know the Game Cave has a nice group of gamers playing on Sunday - but that's a bit far (for me at 45 mins).

There was apparently a group at Comic City Too - but speaking with the owner there it sounds like many of them went to Star Trek : Attack Wing ( no!!! )

If anyone is interested in playing in this area please respond and maybe we can work on getting a small community built in the area.

I'm sure Imperial Assault and Armada would also be options - but X-Wing is my push to start.

The Next Level Games has lots of space and is growing and (I've heard) moving to an even larger space. They host lots of Pokemon / Magic etc. tourneys - so they are definitely set up to host games.

Anyway - just trying again to see if anyone playing X-Wing is in the nearby area and is game to try to get some regular play going?

Thanks!

There was a group from Murfreesboro(?), they were on Facebook. there is also a good(small) group it Kingsport. I don't know where they play in Murfreesboro, but they play at Dewaynes World Comics and Games in Kingsport. Hope this helps.

Gah ... I just typed in a semi-lengthy reply but hit REPORT instead. Hopefully the admin will recognize my obvious blunder and just facepalm.

The gist of my reply was that the Boro is too far away for an adequate test and I'll need to go ahead and test out my battlestation on my home planet of Hendersonville if possible.

Game Cave 2 just opened up here and the owner is potentially interested in getting some X-Wing going. Also, NextLevel in Madison shows interest - but I think they are expanding/moving soon and probably have enough on their plate.

Crossing my fingers that one or move local venue will generate some interest, possibly tourney kits, or even just regular casual play.
