How many copies of TieAdvanced fix in Raider

By Vitalis, in X-Wing

Title says it all: how many copies of Tie advanced fix-kit (tie x1, ATC, tie mk2) are in the raider expansion?

I heard there are 4

4 X1. And 4 ATC.

The Twin Ion Engine Mk2 comes with the Punisher, not the Raider.

Aaaaa i was sure it comes with Raider :)

Thanks anyway, 4 is more then enough for me :)

Bought all of that stuff last week.

Unboxed everything in a flash. Can't wait to use the Tie Mk2 with Rexler at the nationals here in Italy next month ^_^

Can't wait to use the Tie Mk2 with Rexler.

That my idea too :)

show me your list, now me is curious. ^_^

Mine is : 100 points

Rexler + PTL + HLC + Tie Mk 2

Howlrunner + Swarm Tactics

Black Squadron Pilot + Swarm Tactics

Black Squadron Pilot + Wingman

The idea is having all the Ties shooting at 8, allowing Rexler to perform both Focus and TL shooting as the last one.

Thus stripping the target of all focus/evade and dealing a crippling blow with the HLC and its ability.

The Wingman is there to clear the stress caused by PTL.

First I had no Tie Mark 2 so I had to rely heavily on the wingman to clear stress... Now I'm searching other possibilities. ;)

Well im more leaning towards Vessery but still def+tiemk2 :

Vader

Tie/x1,ATC

Vessery

VI,HLC,TieMK2

Royal Guard

PTL

I want to focus vader and vessery with all those target locks on high value targets, and PTL interceptor is always a nice support. But i didnt consider that PTL on defender is really viable now.

Ptl brath will mean he sees a lot more use out of his ability, and hopefully therefore that he sees more table time!

Still, just Ptl and mk 2 puts him at 41, it's a hard ship to build around ain't it?

Thats why im VERY reluctatnt to use rex + his ability is very conditional.

I've been thinking about Rex and Chiraneau together. I've flown this list before, and Rex went down too quickly. PTL and double focus from Fleet Officer may help with this problem.

I'm still not sold on PTL with a Defender, even with the Mk. II title. It's already hard enough as it is to turn these guys...

That is why I built that 3 ship mini swarm around him.

I bring a B-Wing down every turn.

Fought against three BBBBZ at the last regional and had a really great time.

Now with TIE mk2 I could even get rid of the wingman and maybe throw in a Lambda with Fleet Officer and Advanced sensors but what I gain in defense I lose in maneuverability.

For what I see the Defender isn't an all-in-one ship like the Aggressor or the Falcon.

Rather it is the thin brush you use to finish off your job by giving the last strokes.

You must put hit in the condition of exploiting the most of its capabilities to effectively have some gain from it, since it has such a high cost. One mistake, and it may go *poof* (2/3 attacks)

4. So my having 3 Advanced before isn't insanity.

How do you think the guys who buy in squadrons feel?

I have 2 advanced, but I don't think I'll pick up a 4th. I play with a guy on league nights who is primarily Imperial but won't be able to swing getting a raider. So 1 copy of each will be going to him, so he can play a proper Lord Vader.

Good man!

Raider comes with a TIE Advanced as well, so that's one less you need to run out and get...
