Two regenerating arcdodgers, including a semi-fat turret (if it didnt need to dodge this turn) that is also a minelayer, and an every-other-turn joust king. This list feels like it has everything.

It seems it's a very common thought, that one. I do like it.
Regarding the list itself, I like it. Miranda is flexible depending if fighting superior initiatives, or inferior ones. It's difficult to kill, and corran is who struggles the most to be kept alive. Advanced sensors and hull upgrade may save him from blockings and proton bombs or advanced homing missiles. But it will lower the damage output in most situations. The cost of the list would remain the same.
Advanced homing could really ruin that lists' day
