I know I sure am. And by competitive I mean an actual tournament of some kind, not just a "competitive" game between two players.

Haven't done a competitive xwing match since my two store championships at the beginning of the year. And since I somehow only went 2-2 at both, which is the worst I've ever done at a tourney, this year is solely lacking for me.

I missed out on regionals for the second year in a row, and have no interest in nationals or worlds. Have also missed out on a few smaller store tournaments as well.

Considering last year I went to 4 different events, and did very well at all of them, this year just seems like a waste so far. I've been getting a ton of wins at local stores and on vassal, but I want to translate that into something, ideally in the form of prizes.

No, because my lgs have a couple tournaments per month. Talk to your lgs to try to get more events going.

My group meets for tournaments pretty much every week. Or every other week at worst.

Considering nationals for US just ended, I think everyone is ready to let the competitive X-wing scene rest for a bit until the next premier event known as worlds.

Sure there are things to talk about in the competitive scene , turrets are still in the top but the winning build were nothing like the net lists or traditional top tier meta builds that contain that pilot. But many have just finished their regionals last month and are done watching nationals, Heck I'm ready for Epic once the Raider comes out. Escalation sounds find to me, escalation start with an epic match at the last round sounds good. But another 100 point standard tourney? Nah,I'll pass.
