what about win\loose and MoV if Pup z-95 is the only ship stayed on table?

This one has been debated on several occasions. If it happens to be the last ship, then you've clearly destroyed all of your opponents ships. Full win.

Regarding MoV

Tournament rules page 3:

If a player destroys all of his opponent’s ships, his opponent’s squad is worth 100 squad points, even if it is worth fewer squad points to begin with.

The winner destroyed 100 points. The loser destroyed whatever he destroyed. That may be 100 points but it may be less.

It appears to be a full, 5 point, win but your MoV is likely to be very close to 100 points. They lost 100 points by being destroyed and you lost every point in your squadron.
