I know that my hometown was a target for a nuke in the Warsaw Pact plans back in the late 70's.

Yesterday the site was quite busy so it was taking a long time to load. And the "casualty" figures database was being accessed a lot so sometimes wasn't generating numbers (how morbid is that sentence)

Home town, Newcastle upon Tyne was definitely on the list. Other end of city was a tank factory. And I lived within a 5/10 minute walk of a Naval Shipyard back then. And that doesn't include just nuking the city on general principles.
